Hi! I’m Isa

A mom of two, certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and passionate advocate for self-care and holistic wellness.

My health journey began unexpectedly on my 25th birthday. After a celebratory lunch, I was hospitalized due to a severe episode of anaphylactic shock. What followed were years of panic attacks and lingering trauma that forced me to reevaluate everything I consumed and its impact on my body. For the first time, I began to question what was happening within me that could trigger such a life-threatening reaction. This experience became a turning point, igniting my desire to uncover the root causes of my health challenges.

As I delved deeper into understanding anaphylaxis, I realized just how far I was from true healing. Years of research, self-exploration, and trial-and-error have taught me how to support my mind and body, and how to integrate the tools and practices that now fill my wellness toolbox.

In 2020, I welcomed my first child, an experience that deepened my commitment to health and wellness. This journey isn’t just about me anymore—it’s about creating a foundation of vitality and happiness for my family.

How did I end up here?

Growing up, I wasn’t just a kid with a stubborn fever — I battled whooping cough, dealt with asthma, and was on a first-name basis with the pediatrician. My immune system felt like it was constantly playing catch-up, and I spent more time sick than well. That experience shaped my deep curiosity about how the body heals, and ultimately led me to explore holistic tools that support long-term wellness from the inside out.

I saw what the constant cycle of prescription meds was doing to my gut, my body, and even my mental health. That’s when I started digging deeper, making changes, and well—turns out, our bodies are way more powerful than we give them credit for.

Fast forward to today: my 2.5-year-old has never taken medicine in his life. Not once. Even with a big sister who lovingly brings home every germ imaginable from school. Moral of the story? Our bodies are wildly capable — give them the right support, and they’ll rise to the occasion in ways that feel like magic.

I’m also currently pursuing Pilates teacher training, and I can’t wait to share this next chapter with you in 2025!
